Welcome to An Tobairín
An Tobairín is the health and wellness shop in Bandon, Co Cork. This is our blog. We’ll keep you up to date with what’s going on and take a chance on writing our opinions about the health and wellness scene.
We have customers coming into the shop from all across Cork – and of course all those visitors passing through. We wanted a way to keep in touch and tell you what’s going on in the shop and in Fionnuisce, our wellness events centre close by, in Heron Court.
Fionnuisce hosts practitioners in yoga, acupuncture, massage, coaching, energy healing, body work and creative therapies, to name a few!
Here in the shop we’re here to advise on therapies, food, books, recipes, hair, skin and dental products and supplements like Udo’s Oil and enzyme line.
The blog gives us a way to update you daily on what we’re doing and what’s available.
